Well people another opinion from my short self is coming your way.
Exercise is the BEST anti-depressent, Stress relief, Mood booster, and of course fat burning facet around.
I have always been a relatively active person, coaching two college teams, my own work out plan (thanks mel m) and of course the weekly outings to "the club" kept me fit in NH...and then I moved to cheese land. I kinda stopped all that...and found myself not being depressed but just not my peppy, spunky, fun self. Not to mention the stress level of my job multiplied by thirty...
Weight Gained, and poopy attitude made me realize HEY GIRL get it together.
I purchased the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd and religiously visit fitness magazines website for cool new weight training circuits to work on and have taken up walking in the am with my lady (what a great way to start the day).....and let me tell you
THERE'S A DIFFERENCE. I find myself to be my funny self, a little sparkle in my eye, and well just in a better mood.
As the weather warms up, get out there people do a little bit of exercise....get that heart rate up and watch "life" seem to get a little better with a little help from those endorphins :o)

fine...I'll workout tomorrow morning...fine. Make me feel guilty for eating those two brownie cookies...fine...lol
gotta say just reading about your new exercise routine made me very tired...going to go take a nap now...do those endorphins come in a bottle you can buy?..haha
